My Mo’olelo (My Story)
Born and raised in Mililani, Hawai‘i, I’m a proud graduate of Mid-Pacific Institute (Class of 2019) and the University of Oregon, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a minor in Multimedia in 2023.
I have a Port Wine Stain birthmark on my face, something I’ve had since birth. While it’s shaped how people see me, it’s also helped shape how I see the world — with empathy, resilience, and a deep desire to make others feel seen, included, and inspired. Though I’ve faced personal challenges, I’ve used my experiences as fuel to tell meaningful stories and uplift others through my work.
My passion lies in storytelling, especially through social media and digital content creation. In 2023, I served as the Tom Mickle Social Media & Communications Intern at the College Football Playoff, where I helped lead a 20-person student creative team. From strategy to execution, we brought fan-first content to life at the highest level of collegiate athletics.
My career began back home in Hawai‘i, where I worked with globally recognized brands in travel, hospitality, and surf. During the height of the COVID-19 era, I leaned into social media to capture the natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle of the islands, refining my voice and visual storytelling style.
At Oregon Athletics, I had the opportunity to work within one of the most innovative brands in sports, sharpening my skills in creative strategy, brand storytelling, and real-time content production.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate waterman. I paddled competitively with Kamamalahoe Canoe Club, participating in some of the most iconic long-distance races in Hawai‘i, including the Hawaiian Airlines Moloka‘i Hoe (a 42-mile open-ocean race), the Nā Pali Coast Challenge (37 miles), and the Queen Lili‘uokalani Race in Kona. These experiences have taught me discipline, endurance, and built mental toughness through ever-changing conditions.
At my core, I thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments where I can bring active lifestyle stories to life. Whether through a lens, a caption, or a campaign, I aim to craft content that resonates, inspires, and connects.
I've been fortunate to collaborate with a wide range of companies, organizations, and creatives throughout my career. Most recently, my work has been featured on the loading screen of the 2025 NCAA College Football video game for Oregon Football, on @HawaiianAirlines' official social media platforms, on the cover and in a feature of Modern Luxury Hawai‘i magazine, and on the cover and inside Blue. magazine.
I’m incredibly grateful for all the support over the years and excited to continue sharing my creativity and storytelling.
